JOB DESCRIPTION – LABOUR TO WIN CAMPAIGNS AND OPERATIONS MANAGER
SALARY circa £40,000 – £48,000 per annum depending on experience
Labour to Win [LtW] aims to bring members together who believe in our changed Labour Party and want Labour to succeed in government.
As we move into the next phase – a Labour government and the party in power – it becomes even more important that we remain aligned to our principles, values and aims.
We have been successful in the last few years building a diverse new, and existing, network ofLabour activists, training and helping the next generation of party representatives at all levels.
LTW is now looking to hire a dynamic Campaigns and Operations Manager to take us through this next phase and in particular to help identify and pursue future funding streams.
Working with the two Co-Directors this post will help to define the role, form and function of LTW over the next 5 years, clearly marking out our purpose both within the Party and the wider Labour movement.
The emphasis of this role will be as much operations as it is campaigns and will appeal to someone who has had experience as an organiser or paid activist within the Party and with some fund raising experience, who is now looking for the next level up in their career.
This post is initially for 6 months but if funding is secured there may be an opportunity to extend the contract. The job is located in London but blended working arrangements can be made.
